Bill Driscoll Sr.

 

Bill Sr. is a 30-plus year veteran in the construction business.  He joins Persevere with extensive knowledge and experience in site development, heavy machinery operation, plumbing, and general contracting.  He is a Massachusetts-licensed construction supervisor, master plumber and fire-sprinkler contractor.

 

He is a Professor at Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Ma.  Each semester he teaches courses in small business management, entrepreneurship, and business law.

Bill Sr. lives in Quincy, MA and is the father of three boys (Bill Jr., John and Jamie).  He  has a BSBA from Eastern Nazarene College (2000), an MBA from Suffolk University Business School (2004) and a JD from Suffolk University Law School (2004).



Steve Thomas

 
Thomas, a forestry veteran, brings a versatile skill set to Persevere Disaster Relief.   He has extensive knowledge of heavy machinery operation, general contracting and various other trades.  In his spare time, Thomas is a legal historian.

 

 

Paul Bergstrom  

Paul Bergstrom, from Woodbury, MN, worked for two and a half years with the Minnesota Conservation Corps.  He spent a month volunteering in a distribution warehouse in New Iberia, LA in November 2005.  During his trip in October 2006 to Mississippi, he worked with the Gulf Coast Recovery Corps in Bay St. Louis rebuilding a retreat center that is now used to house volunteers. Paul brings with him an extensive knowledge of forestry. Paul volunteered with Persevere in Mississippi for 4 months lending his various skills to disaster responses in MS, AL and FL.

 

Ben Walton  

Ben Walton brings non-profit and forestry experience from his home in Minnesota.  After working as a crew leader for the Minnesota Conservation Corps, Ben enlisted with Persevere in order to help with tree removal, forestry work, and volunteer coordination.   Ben has made two trips to the Gulf Coast Region. Ben volunteered with Persevere in Mississippi for 4 months lending his various skills to disaster responses in MS, AL and FL.
